How it works

Four steps, one decision.

Orientation Call, 30 minutes. Free for employees of participating companies. Your situation understood, the next step named: a package, a tax-advisor intro, a property conversation, or "you're fine, here is the guide".
Book the package. Fixed price, [paid at booking / invoiced afterwards – decide once]. Before a first consultation you receive our status information (§12 FinVermV).
The sessions, then the Decision Document. What to do, in which order, in writing. The decision is made when you finish, not postponed.
An annual review, offered. Rules change, so does your situation. You decide whether to take it.

How we earn money

Content is free. Advice is fee-only: fixed-price packages with a defined outcome, and we take no product commissions. If property turns out to be right for you, our property partner helps you find, finance and buy it; that is paid by commission, typically 3% of the purchase price, and we tell you how much and who pays before you sign.
